For specific photography services, you may be required to sign a separate service agreement or contract that outlines the specific terms of the service, including fees, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the terms of the service agreement will prevail.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms for photography services will be specified in your service agreement or booking confirmation. Generally, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date, with the balance due prior to or on the day of the service, as specified in your agreement.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified on our website or in your service agreement. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

3.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally:

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date, subject to availability
• Cancellations within a specified period before the service date may be subject to additional cancellation fees
• Rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe specified in your agreement

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Website Content

• Personal clients (wedding, portrait, etc.) typically receive personal, non-commercial usage rights
• Commercial clients typically receive limited commercial usage rights as specified in their agreement
• We reserve the right to use images for our portfolio, social media, contests, exhibitions, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing

4.4 Trademarks

SharedNexus Photography and all related logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SharedNexus Photography or its affiliates. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Website Liability

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5.2 Service Liability

In the event of equipment failure, illness, accident, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement photographer. If this is not possible, our liability is limited to a refund of any payments made.
